Roof Waterproofing Orchards

Another perfect job done in Orchards recently. We completed the following:

• Replaced all broken roof tiles
• Roof Ridges & Hips – Removed the existing ridges and old mortar, re-did the ridges and hips using new sand, cement, DPC and oxide pigment.
• Valleys – Removed the existing tile membranes, we supplied and installed new galvanized roll-top valley flashings and cut tiles open for effective water flow.
•  Roof Waterproofing Maintenance – Re-sealed overlaps, end-laps & outlets by means of gas-fusion & painted with a bitumen aliminium roof paint to protect the roof waterproofing from UV-rays.
• Roof Painting – We cleaned the roof with a high-pressure cleaner removing loose granules & then painted with a coat of bonding liquid & 2 x coats of Paint Masters UV Roof Paint (by hand)
• Roof Timber – We also replaced all broken / rotten timber battens
